Composition: oxide storage silo, weighing devices for oxide, metering system for acid and water, mixer, paste storage, conveying system and control system.
Application: Used to mix the paste for lead-acid battery
Performance & Features
The machine can complete the functions automatically: oxide feeding, weighing oxide, metering water and acid, mixing, storing and transporting.
The control panel can display the data: weight of lead oxide, acid and water, mixing temperature and mixing time. It has both of automatic and manual functions.
The whole system is programmable controlled according to the production processes.
The inner lining , blades and other parts which contact with the acid are made of stainless steel. The drum and the socket of the shaft are integrated together to protect the shaft, bearing and motor.
The powder, acid and water are measured by advanced sensors with accuracy ± 0.5%.
The mixer tank jacket is cooled down by water, which can effectively control the temperature during the mixing process
to ensure the quality of the paste.
