General:

The reducer of mixer uses screw rod driving system, which is round-bread arcograph and columnar. Its structure is simple, and the design is reasonable. The carring capacity of reducer is higher 30% than the simple, thedriving efficiency reaches 75%. Its performance is reliable, lower noise and long service life.In the purification system of the slurry, the rotation of impeller makes the fluid form the circumferential flow, radial flow and axial flow, which up-thrusts the solid granules settled at the bottom of the tank to mix the slurry, which removing solid  and mud and convenient for the classication and separation of centrifuge to the solid in the slurry.

Mounting and Operation:

Mount the mixer at the bank top, and fix its base at tank top horizontally. Before starting, apply proper gear oil on the mixer according to the mark in the oil window. Check the breath hole on the breath device for going through so as to avoid any damage on oil seal due to pressure going up.Whenever make initial start after wiring, check the rotation direction of blade to see if it conforms to the mark. If not, stop the mixer at once, and exchange the leads of the motor.Renew oil after operating for 100 hours form initial oil. From then on, renew oil once per 1800 operation hours so as to guarantee the safe operation of gear moving.
