3. Structure and principle
The structure of machine is made up of landing leg,chute,boiling board,upper cover,compound spring,bar sealed paneland so on.Operational theory: Crushed sand falls into vibrating boiling cooling bed from sand inlet. When it advances along the vibration direction, blower system brings cold air from the bottom of pore plate, wind blows up from boiling board, while dust cleaning fan pump the air from suction opening of suction hood, so sand forms boiling state on the above of boiling board,sand and hot sand fully contact let hot sand moisture take away. It discharges from suction opening. Hot sand can achieve the aim of cooling. When sand is boiling, sand is brought into sand outlet in the influence of exciting force of vibrating motor.
