HQ-423NP color film processor is an updated model we developed for C41RA chemistry. The machine should be installed and operated by a trained/specific person as operator. Controlled by microprocessor, HQ-423NP features a lot of advanced performances, such as:
1, Having driving gears at both sides of the rack, which will result in more stable film transportation and longer life of the rack.
2, Using a motorized rotary film cutter, the blade is sharp and long life, and can cut the film completely when power breakdown.
3, using large graphic displayer, which shows you all the data of the machine as well as the graphic display of the working status of the processor. The operator will be aware of the position of the film inside of the processor at any time.
4, With infra-red sensors, the processor will monitor the format and length of the film being developed, and will replenish once for every 1 meter of 35mm film and 0.5 meter of 120mm film.
5, The loading box of the processor has a latch system, before the film entering the developer tank completely, you can not open the box by manual.
6, The processor has alarming system when chemical level is low or temperature is too high, and the microprocessor will cut off the heating automatically in this case.
