Stainless Steel Cooling band of Series XDYPJ is composed of cooling-sheeting rolls,stainless,steel band conveyor,crusher and driving system. The kneaded tghermal material output from extruder is sheeted at thick-ness of 1-1.5mm. The rolls are cooled by water. The sheeted tape material is transported to crusher . The material is to be continually cooled by cooling water which spurted to the black surface of stainless steel band (or cooled by chilling air ). The crushed chip material falls down to the hopper.
