New accessories are selected for this machine.including:long guide surface of sliding block and the length is 5~6 times of journey,rectangle section to get a resonable force distribution,high accurate guiance and long service life. Polyurethane Yx O-ring which is used for international standard cylinder selected,itshas a reliable sealing and abrasive resistance performance and moves with lower resistance. The fine-grinding structure is driven by a synchronizde belt and runs smoothly,a wide adjusting range is available. The selection and distribution of main shaft bearing is reasonable and the rotating accuracy of rolling wheel is high. The lower supporting part is part is fixed into a rectangle frame with a wedge and it is easy to be adjusted and repaired. The lower supporting bearing well to make it working normally in poor condition. Standard reducer and Y mode motor are seleceed and installed on a same base to form a compacted structure for a consideation of installtion and maintenance. The compressed air is exhausted through a muffler to eliminate noise pollution.The rolling wheel of D51 rolling loop machine is fixed with an expansion ring and its axial locating accuracy is high so the processing difficult of rolling wheel is reduced. A square hole locates at the cone hole in eng of lower support so the rolling roller is easy to be connected with lower supporting so the rolling roller is easy to be connected with lower supporting shaft and replaced,such structure can waste of non-production time and improve productivity.The main parts of D51 rolling loop machine are made of cast steel and high quality alloy steel and those material are hot-treated reasonably.The machine base and body are weld-formed by steel plate,such structure is light and has a good rigidity. Each machine is carried with trial run and accuracy inspection before shipping.
