PU Sandwich Panel Machine
Main Features
1.The Packaged Equipment is used for discontinuous production of PU-laminated sandwich panels with color-steel or galvanized facings. Refer to the panel form drawings for details of panel form. The maximum length of panel that can be made is 6,000 mm while the thickness is ranging from 50 to 200mm. With a transitional padding plate, panels of 20 mm in thickness can also be produced. The equipment can also be utilized to make sandwich panels of other forms as long as the forming machine gets changed.;
2. The packaged equipment is made up of two decoilers, two forming machines, two cross-cutters, two sets of membrane-compounding mechanisms, one multiple-layer laminator, one reaction injection machine of low pressure and roller conveyors;
