l The water cooling system with cooling room, 2 sets of cooling tower, 6 sets of pump and connecting tubes. Among the pumps one is stainless pump, two circulation pumps and three spray pumps. Pumping capacity is 300 cbm and 100 cbm. It can reduce the pipe temperature to 40 60 in short time. To meet the requirement of cooling the coated pipes.
l One cooling tower (300cbm/hr) is for cooling room circulation, and other (100cbm/hr) is especially for extruder and medium frequency unit.
Cooling room sealed from front and top with ventilation fan. Back side is open made with PVC material and class. Spray tube put outside of the room.
