4 Cylinder, screw and tube
All are made by 38CrMoAlA alloy with heat treatment normalization, annealing, digital machine cutting, surface nitriding. The surface hardness is up to HV850 -- 960. Our quality control can guarantee the quality of product.
5 Using hydraulic screen changing unit to get screen changed automatically.
6 Main extruder with pressure display and detector, the working pressure can be checked easily.
7 Main extruder also has rotary speed display meter to read the speed.
8 Extrusion die
The die head copy from Lenzing Company Austria with T runner design. And put three adjustment units to keep the film coming uniform. The die also has an inner heating unit and hot runner technology in saving energy, high efficiency and long working life.
Main extruder moving, adjusting and resin feeding unit
