1.Usage:This machine tool mainly used for processing continuously and reelingly shaft parts and some special workpiece. It goes with high-frequency power or super audio frequency power or medium frequency compatibly and can satisfy to formal requirement of factory. Furthermore, it is an induction heating machine tool outfitted hydraulic driving that mainly used for quenching, annealing and welding as well. With manual and automatic features, simple operation, easy to master.
2.Structural features:
1.Lifting driven by Servo Motor, Positioning controlled by digital input, precision up to 0.01mm, large speed adjustment range, with a loss of power brake function. Machine tool lifting though precise ball screw, smooth transmission. Aluminum linear guide serve as leading column, wear, excellent conductivity, not rust.
2.Machine tool lifting final location controlled by inductive switch and outfit failure buffering.
3.Using mechanical, abandoned heavy, large hydraulic system, not only avoiding loss of accuracy caused by leakage of hydraulic components and changing the operate speed caused by Oil temperature changement, but also saving space, reducing equipment operated requirements, making machine tool more simple, smaller, easier to operate and fix, lower failure rate.
4.Above center lifted by electric motor, can be adjusted conviently though workpiece length. To ensure the workpiece rotate normaly, clamping units can be used.
5.In order to achieve the best quenching effect, to achieve the best quenching quality, rotation speed can be adjusted intuitively on digital operation panel and workpieces can be adjusted aplorly according to its size and quenching proccess.
6.Electrical components installed in control cabinets, electric control cabinets can be used to adjust the position according to the operator, makes the operation more handy, and electrical components from the machine can interfere with good stability, long service life.
7.Workpiece rotation driven by Variable frequency DKM, speed adjustment range, adjustment intuitive, easy; and the drive motor is located above the quench position, can effectively prevent moisture quenching liquid splashes Ershi motor.
8.Quenched by spray cooling, machine tools left 300 mm below the high water tank, no need to reprovision tank, reducing installation effort.
