ZS-TK44 series CNC automatic production lines, made up of steel coil feeder, uncoiler, press feeding mechanical hand, shovel steel plate leading device, leveling machine, middle leading device, N/C computer-controlled feeder, shears, belt conveyer, receiving platform, ect. By digitalr-control, light-control, hydraulic-control it can accurately perform separate action and automatically finish the whole process of uncoiling, leveling, shearing and piling of the metallic coiled plate. The production line has acquired 4 national patent rights.
Besides the written catalog, leveling width is subject to the requirements of customers. Such as mirror stainless plate and mirror aluminum, to increase the collection of paper, film coating device, electrostatic sticker devices.
