The procedure is that firstly the spring is coiled and then packed into a non-woven welded pocket,and then transferred to the assembler,there the spring strings are cut to a preset length to be assembled into a pocket spring units with a hot -melt glued system.
The spring unit can be Parallel or Nested or Zoning
Option:
A top and bottom fabric can be on the spring unit with electronically cutting system
Can be one pocket coiler with one transfer assembler
Can be two pocket coilers with one transfer assembler
