Notice:

1.The welding temperature should be lower than 260°c and the welding operation should be finished within 5 seconds.The welding point should be 2.5mm above the botton of LED gel and the electricion must be earth grounded.2.Please do not weld LED in live working.3.Generally,please avoid the LED working at temperature over 80°c,and heat disspation must be properly performed if the high temperature operation is necessory.4.Static eletricityA.All  of the workers contacted with the blue,green,white and purple LED must be well protected against static electricity.Such as,wear electrostatic ring,electrostatic clothes,electrostatic shoes and so on.B.When wired electrostatic ring is wired,the electrostatics ring should be earth groundted,as well as the pertential difference between the ground line and the city ground line should not exceeded 5V or the rasistance should not  exceed 25Ω respectively.C.The ground line should be installed for eperation equipement and operation desks.5.When the LED is used,the currency should not exceed 20mA,and the most suitable currency in 15-19mA.6.The device should be not too close to heating element,and the operational conditions must not exceed the stipulated limits.7.When the LED is installed,the conduit is suggested to use for location.The LED should be not installed when the pin has been deformed.8.Avoid the LED being shaken or disturbed by outer forces until the welding temperature return to normal.9.The ultrasonic machine is suggestd to use for cleaning LED,if the ultrasonic machine is not available,the alcohol can be substituted for it,however,the cleaning time should be controlled within one minute,Note:do not use organic solvents(such as acetone,thinner)to clean or wipe the LED gel,which will cause the abnormal luminescence and fracture in the gel,finally,resuit in the release and crack of the gold thread in the LED rom the crystal wafer.10.The LED should be not too close to gel at the bending or folding corner,and should keep the distance above 2-3mm with the gel,otherwise the stent in the LED will be seperated fron the gold thread.
