Description:

I.  Worktop

Ceramic Worktop: resist to acid, alkalis and high temperature, its four edges is 25mm thick and centre thickness is 19mm, it looks like a dish, one-off mold made, to prevent spillage of liquid.

II. Top Body of Hood

1. External Material: 1.2mm thick zinced steel plate with EPOXY coating.

2. Material of Inner (side board, back board, top board, and baffle): made of 6mm thick chemical-laminating board.

3. Fixer of baffle:  PC material, one-off mold made, easy combination and disassembly as well as the function of fastening combined shelf.

4. Exhaust Tube: 5mm thick PP material, one-off mold made.

III. Base Cabinet

1. External Material: 1.2mm thick zinced steel plate with EPOXY coating.

2. Handle: C-shape steel handle.

3. Shelf: PP material for storage acid & alkali products.

4. Hinge: steel hinge.

5. Adjustable feet: M10 mm screw (galvanized treatment) and waterproof nylon hexangular ringer.

IV. Adjustable Sash System

1. Sash Door: Each moving door equipped with balance device can be flexibly moved from top to bottom and stopped at any point.

2. Sash Door Glass: 6mm thickness toughened glass, with aluminum alloy frame with EPOXY coating.

3. Steel cable of sash door: tensile strength is 450 kg in accordance with the standard of

tensile strength test --CNS1111 G2009, for details please refers to the test report.

4. Handle of Sash Door: aluminum alloy with EPOXY coating.

5. Sash Door Runner: PP material

6. Fixed Window: 6mm thickness toughened glass, with aluminum alloy frame with EPOXY coating as well as the rubber pad as the function of anti-collision.

V. Power Supply Device

1. Lighting: 20W fluorescent light for 1.2m fume hood; 30W for 1.5m and 1.8m fume hoods.

2. Socket: 220V multifunctional socket.

VI. Drainage Device

Cup sink: PP Cup Sink

VII. Water Supply Device

1. Water Flow Fitting: Copper water flow fitting with EPOXY coating so as to avoid acid, alkalis and rust.

2. Flow Control Valve: Copper valve with Epoxy Coating so as to avoid acid, alkalis and rust. Its switch valve is made by ceramic so as to avoid corrosion.

* Under a hydraulic pressure of 18kgf/cm2 (256 psi) for one minute without any leakage. The details please refer to the test report.

* Ceramic switch valve should pass Abrasion-Resistance Rotation Test at least 600,000 times.

VIII. Air Supply Fitting

1. Air Flow Fitting: Copper fitting with EPOXY coating so as to avoid acid, alkalis and rust.

2. Airflow Safety Spring Valve: Copper valve with Epoxy Coating so as to avoid acid, alkalis and rust. The switch is made by safety spring valve.

* Be able to bear or endure air pressure of 8kgf/cm2 for 2 minutes without any leakage. For details please refer to the test report.

* The ceramic switch valve should pass Abrasion-Resistance Rotation Test at least 600,000 times.

Different colour and length of combined fume hood are optional.
