Technical parameters are as follows:
l Material: body is pure titanium material / or 316L stainless steel,operating table for the 316L stainless steel and resistant to working pressure 6MPa. Working temperature: 400 below.
l Heating method: Direct heating in the reactor surrounded , simple and convenient, warming up quickly, the use of strong fibers with the series of electric furnace / or electric direct heating loop temperature control, heating power: 300W-500W. Temperature Accuracy: ± 1
l Valve pipe fittings for the original German imports, interfaces are standard.
l Stirring speed, temperature, both figures show that 0-1500RPM, Speed Accuracy ± 1RPM
l Use patented plug-in stylus K-sensor, the working temperature: below 400 ,the following accuracy: ± 1 ,comes standard with mixing devices, titanium material reactor body, electric Fiber Furnace, insert the needle K-type sensors.
l Rechargeable inert gas, to protect the reactants are not in direct contact with air.
l Can be inserted as temperature, pressure, PH value, conductivity sensors, to ensure accurate measurement of relevant data.
Technology Highlights:
1. To make cumbersome experimental simplistic, the counter in the same operation can be realized in different environments or with different environment temperature / pressure diversified series of different experiments, 25ML/50ML/100ML/200ML250ML/500ML alone or in parallel, serial to use.
2. Through the RS232 communication interface with a computer connected to print and able to show the historical value of user needs and the actual curve, real-time monitoring software system as a whole.
