After one purification circle, the oil cleanliness can reach Level 3 of Standard NAS 1638.

After one time purification, the oil cleanliness can reach Level 6 of Standard NAS 1638.

Both flotation water and solid particles can be removed from oil by Oilcyclone™ Transformer Oil Purification .

Output flow rate is 40-50L/min, in one hour it can produce 2 tons of clean recycled oil.

Fundamental of Transformer Oil Purification :

When the oil goes through rotor which has a high rotating rate, a centrifugal field will be made. Because different things have different loading forces, so the things whose densities are heavier than oil will have a bigger centrifugal force than oil and they can be separated from oil. The whole processes will not damage the oil’s features, so oil will get a longer service life.
