With many years of accumulated experience in production and continuous experimentation, we have developed LQ series diamond wire saw with different bond systems to be widely used for mine cutting and block squaring of all types of Granite, Marble and other stone materials.

Crude rubber coating diamond wire saw with advantages of good flexibility, good flexibility, good protection for internal steel cable, good safety, and stability during cutting, is the best choice for quarrying use of hard material like Granite, Sandstone and Marble etc.

Spring diamond wire saw is with advantages of good flexibility, low request for temperature, easy assembling, easy replacing and repair, low cost, can be considered the most simple and versatile of instruments for quarry marble cutting.

Our Diamond Wire saw is made of:

1. Wire beads sintered with top quality diamond imported from UK and pure cobalt bond system.

2. Steel cable imported from Diepa Co of Germany.

3. Covered with High quality and wear resistant black rubber and strong enough spring.

4. Advanced rubber injection equipments and technique which make the rubber penetrated into the steel cable to strengthen the binding force between steel cable and covered rubber to fix up beads tightly.
