How to use hot&cold apck:

To use:

Bend metal disc back and forth until crystal forms.Knead pad to soften. The temperature can reach about 50°CWrapping a towel around the heat pad can prolong the heating duration.

To prepare for next use:

Put the hardened heat pad into boiling water. for approximately 5 minutes or until the crystals are completely liquefied.When the pack cools down, it can be used again.

 Warning:  Do not heat directly in microwave.
