Instruction for hot pack(hand warmer)

Activate:
1. Firmly press and release “Activate Button”.
2. Solution will start to crystallize and produce heat.
3. Squeeze pod until solution is soft apply to area needed.

Re-Activate:
1. Bring water to a boil,reduce to medium heat.
2. Insert pod for approx 8 to 10minutes or unit solution is fully liquified.
3. Turn off heat,let pod sit until cool to touch,remove from water store in liquid state.
