About how to use:
1)Remove the back paper
2)Place the iron-on onto the garment,press with an iron or heat presser at a temperature of 120-180 degrees for 10-15 seconds.For best results,press the reverse side of the garment.Do not use steam or steam hole
3)We recommend that you place a piece of white paper between front and back of the garment to prevent it from sticking together
4)Allow the garment to cool for 2-3 minutes,then slowly remove the plastic film from the garment
