1) PVC Edge banding is a kind of extrusion product, have uniclolor , woodgrain color, bicolor , and tricolor types. Generally,we have more than 100 colors for customer choose. We also can make the color match according to your design.
2) Size The mainly thickness we can make are 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7,0.8,0.9,1.0,1.2,1.5,1.8,2.0,2.2,2.5,2.8 and 3.0mm. If the thickness is less than 0.8mm (not included 0.8mm) are compound, we called thin PVC edge banding. Otherwise are extruded, we called thick PVC edge banding. And the width we can make as customer required from 13mm. Dimensions tolerance on width and thickness is +/-0.2mm, +/-0.1mm respectively.
3) Surface With characteristics of smooth apperance, slight depigmentation, excellent flexibility, excellent bending and wearablity , with top grade prime on backing (Matt, Glossy, and super glossy finish available surface)

5) MOQ The thin PVC edge banding (thickness less than 0.8mm),we will require the minimum quantities are 30000m per color. The thick PVC edge banding (thickness more than 0.8mm, included 0.8mm), the minimum quantities are 5000m per color.
6) PVC application It is laminated on the edge of different furnitures, kitchen cabnites, equipment of schools, offices and laboratories etc by edge banding machines.
7) Packing Standard exporting carton package, 100M/ROLL, or 200M/ROLL
