This complete set of is developed b the company after years research and expriments. It is a new generation for processing raw grains from cleaning rough impurities such as leaves, straws etc, removing stone and other heavy impurities, husking the grains into rough rice and separating rough rice to shiny and clean rice, then grading the qualified rice into different outlets for packaging. it is resonable in structure, stable in performance with high efficiency and easy maintenance at low broken rate. The complete line includes pre-cleaner, vibrating cleaner, suction type de-stoner, rice husker, paddy separator, rice whitener, rice sooler, water polisher, rice grader and color sorter etc main working machines and magnet sorter, conveyors, electrical control cabinet, collecting bins, dust-discharging systems and disk milling systmes. it can be assembled with different units according to customer's special requirements.
