The production line is used to make sunflower seed into edible oil, and is also suitable for other oil seed.
The production line adopts international outstanding craft, and Class A equipments are disposed for the line. It is mainly made up of sunflower seed preprocessing & oil pressing workshop and oil refining workshop. This workshop disposition is usually chosen by buyers from Central-Asia country or part of East-Europe country. The craft flow of each section are as following:
1. Oil press workshop craft:
Sunflower seed → cleaning,destoning → shelling → crushing → flaking → cooking →oil pressing → refinging → finished oil
2. Oil refining workshop craft:
crudeoil→preheating→ mixing→ oil-alkali blending→ mixing reaction→ desoaping→soapstock
