Useage
CIP cleaning tank called on-site cleaning tank. It is used widely in the dairy industry, food, fruit juice, pharmaceutical, chemical, drinks and the other industrial department. For example
Soft drinks industry as example, the cleaning procedure as follows:
1. 3~5 minutes washing, normal temperature or more than 60 °C hot water
Alkaline cleaning 10~20 minutes, 1%~2% solution, 60 °C~80 °C;
5~10 minutes washing with clean water below 60 °C;
The last 3~5 minutes washing with clear water.
2. Washing 3~5 minutes, normal temperature or above 60 °C hot water; Alkaline cleaning 5~10 minutes, 1%~2% solution, 60 °C~80 °C,
and the middle washing 5~10 minutes with clean water below 60 °C sterilization 10~20 minutes with hot water above 90 °C.
