Overview
CSX de-sanding cyclone is the brand new equipment which digests international advanced technology. It mainly applies starch process to remove impurity such as sand, metallic solid etc. It can also used for removing the heavy impurity in the fluid.
This cyclone is simple in structure, advanced in design, easy in installation, high efficiency in de-sanding. It has two types of cyclone tube: stainless steel with ceramic, high strength wear-resistant plastic.
Working Principle
Under the pressure 0.5Mpa, starch milk goes into cyclone cylinder in tangential direction creating centrifugal force, sand and other impurity are threw peripherally along the inner wall of sand-remover into the second stage sand-remover. Starch milk with few sands is discharged from overflow port into previous slurry tank to de-sand. Sands and other impurities go into sand-collector to discharge on time, the starch milk after first stage de-sanding goes to next procedure through its upside overflow pipe.
