Features of the Equipment:
A. It consists of single, double,triple snd four effect evaporators, single, double,triple and four effect separators, preheater,
condenser and hot-press pump.
B. Low evaporating temperature. Part of the secondary vapor is sucked once more into single effect heating chamber through
injection hot-press pump, so the heat is adequately used, which leads to relatively low temperature of evaporation.
D. The concentration ratio is big. The falling film evaporation enables viscous material liquid to be flowable, apt to evaporate, not easy to scale and concentrated in short time. The concentration ratio can reach 1:5.
E. The equipment can actualize fully automatic production and intellectualized management of the system, living up to GMP standard.
