Application
SE series bucket elevator for rice has attractive and novel appearance, small space requirement, large conveying capacity, low energy consumption, low rate of rice broken, less backflow characteristics. It is mainly applied in vertical lifting for a variety of granular materials in grain, oil, food and feed industries.
Features
Bucket belt under low speed operation avoids parabola discharge resulting in rice collision damage;
Special rice bucket plus dorsal chute reduce rice backflow caused damage;
The bottom using isolation cover prevents materials backflow to the bottom wheel effectively, it can avoid materials crushed between the bucket belt and the bottom wheel;
Bottom arcuate structures reduce the residuum, load and unload quickly and clean easily;
The head is equipped with automatic tensioning mechanism; it can make the bucket belt always in tension state for preventing the bucket beltdeflection.
