Gyratory Screener (PXZS Series)
Brief Intoduction
Near-horizontal gyratory screener is a high efficiency machine for separating materials according to particle size. It consists of top cover with inspection ports, screen frame, screen box, base and drive system.Cable suspension configuration with multiple ball-decks is provided.
Operating Principles
This machine utilizes a gyratory-reciprocating motion(ROTEX Screener Technology), gives a combination of actions to the materials as it passes along the screen surface. It begins with a horizontal circular motion at the feed end, gradually changes to elliptical motion at the center, and finally to a straight-line motion at the discharge end, keeping the material in constant contact with the screen surface without deterioration.
