The rice fructose syrup of our company is made from refined rice. After the enzyme hydrolysis and isomerization, we get the refined starch sugar which has more than 42% of fructose syrup. The sweetness of our fructose syrup is 1.7 times to cane sugar, and its mouthfeel is better than cane sugar. At present, fructose syrup has replaced cane sugar widely in food processing.
Our rice fructose syrup is colorless, yellowish or clean liquid. It is tasted softly, has special smell of fructose, and not any peculiar smell.
