In the process of grain-making, urine liquid is not only a kind of raw material used as liquid phase binding agent, but also it can provide certain quantity of heat to heat material. It will decrease the moisture content and be favorable for granulating and drying. The technology makes the difficult production process of high urine formulation become extremely simple. It greatly improves the quality of the products and increases the yield about 30%. The content of N is about 23% -25%. It also strengthened the intensity and rounded degree of fertilizer grain. The equipment is made of stainless steel,its capacity is from 20,000tons to 2000,000. The old production line also can be upgraded.
