The series hammer mill can crush the wood chips, rice husk, agricultural stalk/straw pieces, shell or grain crops. Meanwhile, the hammer mills grind the PVC and rubber with water cooling system, so it called the multifunctional hammer grinder machine.
For the hammer mills, they have the requirement for materials' moisture. Low moisture, the capacity will be higher; wet materials, the capacity will be lower. Generally, the water content of materials less than 15% is best working efficience.
The hammers, sieve and chief axis are processed by heat treatment, then made by CNC system, make sure the high quality and long using time.
The hammer mills are normally with blower, cyclone, airlock as the dust-collecting machines, reduce the dusts during crushing process and keep clean environment.
