1.Product:

The solid-liquid separator for cow farm waste is one processor that gets solid and liquid organic fertilizer from the liquid in organism (such as wood, grass, dust and animal wastes, etc.) by spiral extrusion and solid dissociation. 

The dissociated solid has low moisture content and is easy to be transported to field or distant regions short of fertilizer. It can be used as organic complex fertilizer to improve soil environment, excellent fertilizer for planting and good feed for breeding chicken, duck and fish. The dissociated liquid can be introduced into methane tank to be converted to fuel energy through anaerobic treatment. At the same time, the problem of short service life methane tank caused by solid residue clogging can be resolved. 

2.Process description:

the material is delivered into main engine by delivery pump, the dry matter is squeezed out from the front after spiral extrusion, and the liquid outflows from the outlet pipe underneath. 

3.Note:

 the driven device of this machine type is under processing barrel, and the design reduces the occupied area and the possibility of water inflowing into electrical machine. As a result, unnecessary damage will be avoided. At the same time, 400 small types add the hopper design so that the small-scaled customers can directly feed to reduce the area of manure pit. Meanwhile, delivery pump is not needed so as to save electric charge. Besides, the type has the same dry and wet effect as the old machine type.
