1.The reactor
The raw materials are pyrolyzed in the reactor,it is 245R boiler steel.the thickest part could be 16mm.It works doesn't like the traditional way that we burn something,we make the waste pyrolyzedat certain temperature,so it without air or water.In a word,it has the same function to kiln,so I think it’s your point.
Using 245R boiler steel and the thickness is between 14mm and 16mm.(The thickness would be adjusted according the requirements of the customers). The main engine uses horizontal-type of 360ostructure-0.4 r/min
2.Cooling systems decides oil output. There are two steps for cooling. Cooling pipe is the first step. The second is condenser. We have three condensers. And there are 57 pipes in one condenser. Diameter is 48mm for one small pipe. The heat exchanging area is about 13square meters for one condenser. So the total cooling area is about 40 square meters, which will guarantee you a high oil yield.
3.The warranty and after-service
1)We will supply the foundation drawings to buyer after get deposit.
2)The delivery time is 15-20days after get deposit.
3)We will send engineers to install the machine when the machine reach buyer's factory. The engineer will installation,guide the machine, then training the workers for buyer.
4)We warranty the complete machine 2 year, we will maintenance all it life.When the machine can not running normal, the buyer can call us, we will help buyer repair it by call, if can not solve, we will send engineer to buyer's factory at the shortest time.if need change parts,the buyer can buy it from our factory.
