LogicWhen outdoor temperature is lower than the setting of CCU, FCU fan is started and indoor temperature will be controlled by FCU. Air conditioner will be started instantly to control indoor temperature as FCU is unable to control indoor temperature. When CCU detects fault of air conditioner, i.e. outdoor temperature is below indoor temperature, FCU fan will be started.When indoor smoke alarm is detected by CCU, the FCU fan and air conditioner will be stopped until the alarm is eliminated. Controller will generate alarm at 40 degree if AC is faulty. Fan operation option is based on temperature as well as variable time dependent.FCU system has auto and manual option function.All alarms will be display on LCD. Users can check all alarms easily.When differential pressure gauge alarm output reaches up to a certain accumulated time, the CCU will stop FCU fan until the filter is replaced and alarm is cleared.When individual excess short operation time of single FCU fan happens, CCU will automatically lower down the settings of outdoor temperature to start up FCU fan so as to prevent frequent switching between FCU and air conditioning system.When indoor temperature goes down to lower level, both air conditioner and FCU fan will stop.
