High concentration sewage processor is a kind of equipment that effectively dissociates big granular solid and liquid contained in the raw material of sewage with high viscosity and concentration by multi-level filtration.

The filter in the equipment can be changed, so the users can choose filters of different specifications to analyze the 85% of solid particle substances according to filtered fluid. Since the conditioning fluid has high concentration and viscidity, it is very easy to be clogged. Based on the characteristic, we design the filter in the equipment to act on filtered fluid in a reciprocating way but not a way of vibrations up and down. So the filter clog can be effectively prevented and its service life can be prolonged.

Workflow description: The feed liquid is pumped into the processor by delivery pump, and the equipment transmits the big solid particle substances in conditioning fluid to the discharge hole by continuous reciprocating movement. Then the fluid flows out of the water outlet underneath the processor and into the next processing equipment or purifying pond. The water inlet of the equipment is equipped with overflow valve and overflow pipeline in order to adjust rate of flow according to actual situation.
