1) Project Overview 

The full commercial process includes: waste tire shredding equipment, automatic in-feed conveyors, thermal conversion reactors, oil and pyrolysis gas recovery systems, carbon char processing and packaging systems, pyro-gas management and storage system, steam generation equipment, diesel electricity generator and an emissions control system.

 Safety:

1. Temperature and pressure  transfer system, auto alarming system, pressure auto release system.

2. The  non-congealable gas C1-C4,  It is dangerous to burning exhaust gas (C1 to C4).In our process, 

it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

3. The sealing device for the system.

4. Heavy oil is separated which can avoid the problems of jam in later condensing.

Environmental  Friendly:

1. The atomization strong tower. It is specially for the emission control. In the system, there are pall rings, high-speed spray nozzle, and strainer. The output from the chimney is the white vapor.

2. The oily-water processing machine--emulsion machine to process the waste oily-water in the water seal and oil tank.

3. The  encaustic tile of the reactor keeps the reactor in a sealed environment, and avoid the ash into the air.
