Work Principle
High voltage from high voltage transformer irradiates to the x-ray tube to produce X-ray, which irradiates first on the monochromator and then on the sample. The x-ray diffraction will occur when it complies with the formula nλ=2dsinθ. The diffracted x-ray will be collected by the counter and transferred into an electronic signal. Through amplifier the signal will be amplified and displayed on the “μA” meter. In the way of double crystal it can get a sharp diffraction peak to improve the measurement precision.
