It can shave pitch of a pair of gear or many pairs of gears on the same mandrel between intervals of 4mm-5mm.It can shave modified tooth and reduce any driving noise of gears. The modified output can be controlled within 5 μm-15 μm The surface roughness Ra 0.4 μm-0.8 μm can be obtained for tooth surface of gear.The plunge shaving can work 1 time higher than common shaving.
