Type TJ-FDN-106 Retarding High-effective Water-reducing Admixture

This product complies with China national standard of concrete admixture (GB8076-2008).

Its main component is β-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde high polycondensate, also contains retarding component and intensifying component. It has the advantages of good adaptability to cement, less air entraining, and remarkable water-reducing and intensifying effect.

Without sulfate and chlorine salt, it has no rust effect on concrete reinforcing, and can be used to make high strength concrete and fluidized concrete for all kinds of projects.

I. Main Technical Performances

1. It is divided into two states: powder and liquid. The power one is chocolate brown; and the liquid one is brownish black. It has no toxicity or pollution, and is not inflammable. 2. The addition amount of powder one is 0.5-1.0% of cementing materials; that of liquid one is 1200~2500ml/100kgs of cementing materials; the water-reducing rate is 13-23%. The general addition amount is 0.75%. The strength can be increased by 30~50% in 28 days and the increasing magnitude is higher in early and middle periods.

3. Under the same water-cement ratio, the slump of concrete can be improved by over 10cm to add 0.75% admixture, which is suitable for making high-strength pumping concrete.

4. On the precondition of keeping the design strength of concrete, it can save 15~20% cement adding this admixture.

For example: Using Wannianqing P.042.5-level cement, natural medium sand of 2.81 fineness modulus, artificial gravels of Φ5~31.5mm continuous graduation and compressive strength of greater than or equal to 80MPa and drinking water, it can prepare C40-level concrete.

5. It is very applicable to the following concrete projects: Pumping Concrete; Fluidized Concrete; Self-compacting Concrete; Hydraulic Concrete; Prestressed Concrete; High-strength Concrete.II. Usage

1. Adding 0.5~0.75% of this product (calculated by dry power) can prepare early strength and high strength concrete; adding 0.75~1.0% can prepare C40~C60 pumping concrete. 2. The powder admixture can be prepared into solution with a certain concentration or directly adding into the concrete.

III. The Best Method of Adding Admixture

Harsh Aggregate + Cementing Materials + Fine Aggregate + over 90% Water + Admixture and Residual Water + Fresh Finished Concrete

Stirring Dry Materials → Stirring Wet ones → Continuing to Stir ones → Providing ones with Construction

When the users first use this product or change the variety of cement, please make necessary preparation test for the adding amount and adding method of this product according to project requirements and conditions and referring to the above instructions.

IV. Packing and Storing

1. This product is 25kgs/bag, and is packed in plastic bag internally and in woven bag externally. The liquid one is packed in plastic drum or flexitank.2. The power admixture shall be kept in the dry place with precaution against dampness. But the damp one will not be affected on its effect, and can be used after proportioned to water solution.

3. The powder one has a service life of two years; liquid one has a service life of six months. If it is beyond its service life, it can be used again after the concrete mix and test.
