Wave-Fiber,function is similar to steel fiber, but more economic.

  

Wave-Fiber is a kind of substitute product of steel fiber, also has some specialties of the thin fiber. Compared with the steel fiber, it has the special features of anti-corrosion, anti-dispersion ,anti-operation, no damage to the mixing equipment, etc

This product is made of synthetic resin by special technique, has the advantages of high-breaking tenacity, high-gripping force and excellent dispersivity in the concrete.

It can take place of steel fiber for the cement concrete, to improve the capability of crisp, the low-tensile strength, the low-elongation ultimate of the concrete instead of anti-stretch, anti-bending, anti-fatigue, high-tenacity and so on, so it got wide application in the construction, roads, bridges, hydraulic engineering and other engineering fields

Function

Compare with the Steel Fiber in Economy

Wave-Fiber is made according to the function of the steel fiber. Its shape of cross section and specific surface area are similar to the steel fiber, so when compare the economy of the two kind of material, we could suppose that they have the same specific surface area and the proportion of the reinforced anti-crack tendon is 0.95kg/cm3, the proportion of steel is 7.8g/cm3, under the condition of same adding volume, the weight of steel fiber is 8.0 times of the anti-crack tendons, so it is clear that use anti-crack tendon can reduce the cost quite a lot than use steel fiber.
