The aerated autoclaved Cconcrete aac plant used autoclave is made of steel and in horizontal barrel shape. The autoclave is made from a whole piece of 16 Mnr. The flanges of this autoclave are forged wholly of 16 Mnr. weld beads of pressure parts are executed for heat treatment and damage free test.
The autoclave is a steel horizontal tube device, the cover is made by a whole piece of 16MnR iron board, the flanges are found by 16Mn with whole plate. The Press-bear parts and weld parts are all past very strict heat treatment and NDT according to the relevant standards.
