MACHINE FEATURES
DL280 horizontal directional drilling machine can be applied to underground construction of cable and pipelines. In uniform or mixed earth it can drill cross 500 meters long and 1000mm diameter pipeline.
The machine uses five pumps hydraulic system with two hydraulic oil tanks,water cooling system which enables it work in hot area. The power head is driven by four motors.
A Wired controller
The wired controller makes the operator keep distance from the machine so that the safety of the operator and the machine can be ensured.
B Machine structure intensity
The intensity of the machine structure employed the highest standard designation so that it can afford the worst construction.
C Engine
DL280 equipped with DETUZ TD226B-6G engine. This engine can provide 30% more torque.
D Water-cooling system
The water-cooling system that is plant within the machine is able to cool the hydraulic oil sufficiently .This advantage can be proved especially when the machine is working with great ability in hot area or hot summer.
E Power head
The power head can work in two speeds. During the process of thrust and back drag, it works in low speed. During the process of loading and unloading drill rod, it works in high speed to increase the work efficiency.
F Clamp
The powerful and special designed clamp-group makes it easy to install and dismantle the drilling rod.
