The whole process of gypsum block consists of gypsum powder construction and block preparation. The influence on environment mainly lies in gypsum powder construction. The gypsum block is used in unloading inner partition. It does no harm to human health since it has much contact with human. The gypsum block machinery consist of preparation system, mixing machine, central hydraulic station, space distance and PLC electric control device. By adopting the advanced vertical hydraulic emission technology and PLC electric control device, the whole process can be fully automatic, high output, high precision.
