About The Machine
BRD full-automatic single-board former is a mechanical device that is adopted to manufacture corrugated sheets and is indispensable for novel constructional materials. The products are widely applied to industrial workshops, warehouses, civil buildings and commercial premises.
The device consists of such parts for feeding, driving, shaping and cutting. The whole process is automatically controlled by a computer.
The human-machine interface of the above device is purchased from Taiwan Quanyi Electronic Company and applied to carry out human-machine dialogue, automatic forming and cutting. M ITSUBISH PLC and Delta transducers are applied to render automatic slowing down and stepless speed regulation
The device has the characteristics of rational structure, safe and reliable performance, high automation degree and simple and easy operation.
The roll forming machine is composed of the feeding, film coating, front cutting, molding and back molding and cutting. The products have tidy and beautiful appearances, uniform lacquer veins, high strengths, long durability and are widely used in the industrial and civil buildings, such as the faceplates and wallboards of the workshops, warehouses, engine garages, plane garages, gyms, exhibition halls, theaters.
