Description:

The welded tube production solution can be recommended from coil handing to tube packaging, which consists of complete tube mill, rotating capstan, single or double decoiller, staightener, shear&end welder, accumulator, tube mill section, flying saw and packaging.

The machine is mainly used to produce tube for heat exchanger, refrigerator, frame of carbicycle etc, fitness equipment, furniture, chiller, petrol transmission, construction and so on.

Working process:Steel strip → decoiling → shearing and butt-welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling →roll forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing →straightening → cut to length →run-out table
