1.1 Description of the production line
This continuous production line is specially used for manufacturing of phenolic foam sandwich panel, the facing sheet can be foil-sided sheet, single facing of color-steel, single facing of foil sided, and other soft facing sheet. The finished goods (panels) can be used for central air-conditioning duct and wall-cladding insulation materials.The panel thickness coming out is varies form 20 mm to 120mm, the width is 1200mm and the length determined by customers.
1.2 Woring principle
The raw materials of phenolic resin liquid are delivered into the mixing head in a given ratio through the metering pump on the injector after the raw materils of phenolic resin liquid premixed, then injected onto the sandwich of top facing sheet and bottom facing sheet and along with the heating laminator, formed the sandwich panel and get the finished products after go through on line trimmer and cutting machine.

1.4 Dimension Accuracy requirements of formed products
Thickness tolerance: ±1mm
Width tolerance: ±2mm
Length tolerance: ±2mm
Length tolerance of products diagonal: ±2mm
There are some trace of chain plate allowed on the panel surface.
Height tolerance: ±1mm
The products appearance are basically smooth and the cutting section are basically neat.
2. Equipment components, function and configuration
This production line are composed by embossing machine unit, reaction injection machine, upper and lower facing foil decoiler system/colored-steel decoiler system, transverse sweep distribution machine, upper flatform, lower flatform, side chemical sealing installation, double-belt laminator, hot-aircirculator, side block device, locking mechanism for laminator,edg-trimmer machine, on line cutting machine, later conveyor system and electric control system ,etc.
