Ⅰ. Generally Introduction

     W11s series of arc-low driven rolling machine combine with the advanced technology and market conditions. Rolling and pre-bending with higher precision can be shaped with only one operation, besides this, less investigation and no assistant equipments are required. This machine is widely used in the fields of petroleum chemical industry, boiler, shipbuilding, mental structure and engine manufacturing.

     This machine is three rollers symmetries rolling mild steel or mild alloy steel under normal temperature condition (such as Q235, Q345, 16MnR, etc.) into cylinders.

     The two lower rollers move in arcs surrounding the same fixed-spindle.

     Pre-bending can be achieved through arc-adjust resulting in the dissymmetrical distribution of upper and lower rollers.

     Rolling can be carried out by both electromotor and retroact.

Ⅲ. Major Structure

     The major frame is consist of upper roller, lower roller and bracket, major actuator, reversing system, balance system, hydraulic system and electric system, etc.

3-1. Upper Roller and Component

   Upper roller and elements are composed of bearing pedestal, upper roller, double mandrels, etc. Two main oil cylinders with power: 19.5MPa provide the driving force of rolling. The lifting displacement of upper roller is as a result of the driving of piston robs in oil cylinder through the bearing pedestal. Upper roller is like a drum, deflection compensation is preset according to the dynamic load rate: 0.7 of the largest pressure of upper roller.

     Upper roller is made of alloy steel 42CrMo, after the first time of heating transaction, HB241~286.

3-2. Lower Roller and Flat Displacement Element

     The lower roller part includes: lower roller, bearing pedestal, input gear, sliding bearing and so on.

     Lower roller is made of alloy steel 42CrMo, after the first time of heating transaction, HB241~286.

     Flat displacement part is driven by the shift motor, through worm gear and pole box, worm gear and pole, leading screw and nuts to achieve the dissymmetrical rolling.

3-3. Support Roller Part

     Support roller part is consisting of support roller, bearing pedestal, inclined wedge framework, etc.

     Support roller is made of No. 45 steel, after heating transaction, HB 241~255. The rigidity of it is under the lower roller, which prevents the surface being shattered.

     There is one group of support rollers including 4, being adjusted according to the specifications of plates. The support roller need increasing when the gap between cylinder and roller become larger.

3-4. Major Actuator System

     This system contains main motor, retarder, open gears, hydraulic arrester, etc. Through output gears, income gears and open driving torque, main motor drives the lower roller to roll the plate and hydraulic brake is reliable.

3-5. Reversing System

     It’s made of sliding pole, reversing oil cylinder. The reversing system is convenient for taking out the production alone the roller.

3-6. Fixing, Reversing Side Frame and Chassis

     These parts are steel welded, annealing after welding to eliminate stress.
