Main Feature:

The whole operation adopts colour human-computer screen, convenient to operate, and show the running state in the dynamic form. It adopts stepless speed control system, the max speed is 45m/min(can be increased according to clients’ demand).Energy-conservatin automatic discontinuity working system:the running section operate in full speed and the other sections that are not in work will automatically change into intelligent dormancy state. It saves the energy and decreases the power consumption.Automatic LOW-E glass identefying system : identify whether it is coating glass or not.Three pairs of cylindrical brushes are driven separately by six asynchronous electric motors, and all are movable, also can adjust the distence automatically according to the thickness of the glass.At the bottom, oil-free lubrication water-proof bearings are adopted and avoid the second pollution (eliminate the possibility of floating oil molecules ).The water pipe is stainless steel, the high-pressure nozzle is disassemble and easy to clean, they also can spray water toward any direction equally.The delivery rails are made of acid and alkali proof brushes and the distance between two rails is adjustable according to the thickness of glass automaticaly. On the back, the water tank is equipped with water heating device and water filting system, guarantees the temperature and the cleanness.Adjusting the position of locating device by turning the digital device, simple and easy.The whole pressing section is controlled by hydraulic system.The stepping motor is used to process over long glass and stepped glass.Two retainers guarantee the lifting effect of the glass.The press board can be opened to 450mm, convenient to maintain.
