The technology of two lying axle mixing equipment without lining board, enlarge the clearance between vane and shell, reduce defaults such as vanes' wearing and fish tall, aggregate blocked, never worry about changing lining board problem.
Helix feeding machine, weighing helix, frequency-changer, computer control system form a closed circuit control system about powder transmission. The system can detect and adjust the flow amount of powder, reduce the users' loss greatly and improve the products quality.
Mixing system consists of mix collector, weighting belt conveyor, collecting aggregate belt conveyor. Users can select and redesign special equipment such as mix collector. The system has characteristic such as compact structure, reasonable layout, large storage room for aggregate, low concrete reached height in bucket, high reliability, easy maintenance.
