3.Processing principle:
Using the Rib peeling machine process thread on rebar end directly.
And then link the rebar ends with rebar coupler.
4. There are two molds for the rib peeling threading machine:
1)HBL-40 threading machine : Process steel bar diameter from 16mm to 40mm.
This type is better to process small size of steel bar from 16mm to 32mm.
2)HBL-40C2 Threading machine: Mostly process steel bar diameter from 28mm to 40mm.
This type is better to process big size of stee bar.
The small roll wheel also could be matched when process small size rebar diameter from 12mm to 16mm.
5.Characteristic: The tensile strength of the splicing will be equal to the material rebar's.
